Expect high energy, hands-on coaching, and plenty of music to fuel your workout. We’ll train, sweat, and release together, all while building a stronger connection to your body. The mission is to take your training to the next level through this experience, creating an intuitiveness for you with your body that will elevate your at-home training for years to come!

Expect 2 invigorating GLOW sessions each day, guided by Gabby herself. These sessions are designed to support your wellness journey and will incorporate movement, mindfulness, and reflection.

Two immersive offsite excursions will take us beyond the resort to explore the local beauty. Activities include a boat trip to Banderas Bay to explore and swim with the dolphins in their natural habitat, plus hiking to Quimixto to enjoy nature at their stunning local waterfall.

Spa treatment of your choice included in your pricing. Additionally, a group ice bath experience that was wildly transformational for all of us last year! Guided by the principles of the Wim Hof Method, this ritual challenges and reshapes the boundaries of your mental and physical resilience.

This is an intimate experience with limited capacity. There are only 1-2 rooms of each option available, early booking is recommended to secure your desired accommodations.
Pricing below is based on single or double room occupancy. There is no shared room experience managed by GLOW - any double occupancy would be with someone you are personally traveling with.

Food at Xinalani
Eating is an act of celebration at Xinalani. We cook with love, and believe that every meal should be an opportunity to nourish both body and soul. After all, food is one of the main sources of prana: the vital life energy that fuels our physical and mental wellbeing.
Xinalani serves from a menu that's designed for people who care about health and fitness. The food is both healthy and delicious and includes eggs, fish, seafood and chicken, but no red meat or pork. We offer vegan and gluten-free options at every meal. All meals are served buffet style.

Arrival: Boat ride from Puerto Vallarta to Xinalani (approx. 30-40 minutes). We recommend arriving by 2:00 PM if possible to settle in and get ready for your first evening. *MUST land before 4:00 PM as per transportation rules.
GLOW Welcome Gathering: Meet fellow retreat guests and Gabby as we begin the GLOW journey together. This experience will set the tone for the weekend and prepare you for the transformation ahead.
Dinner: Together we will enjoy a shared meal and continue to connect with your retreat community.
Beach Bonfire & Connection: Relax, unwind, and bond under the stars as we gather by the fire on the beach.

Breakfast: Start your day with a fresh, energizing meal to fuel your body and spirit.
Offsite Excursion: Embark on a boat trip to Banderas Bay where we will have an opportunity to experience the dolphins in their natural habitat. You'll also have the change to join them in the water if you'd like!
Lunch: Return in time to enjoy Xinalani’s amazing lunch offerings and unwind after our time on the water.
Afternoon GLOW Session: We’ll kick things off with our first in-person workout together, supercharged by music, then settle in and receive as we dive deeper into the GLOW philosophy.
Dinner: Savor a beachfront group dinner under the stars.
Salsa Lesson: Let loose and be free together as we learn the steps to salsa in a fun and interactive dance class.

Hike to Quimixto Waterfall: Embark on a scenic 30–40 minute hike through the lush jungle to reach the stunning Quimixto Waterfall. Take time to relax, refresh, and soak in the breathtaking natural beauty that surrounds you.
Lunch: Savor a delicious, nutrient-rich meal by the beach — the perfect moment to unwind and take in the ocean views.
Afternoon GLOW Session: Deepen your connection with self as you begin to fully embody your GLOW.
Dinner: Reconnect over a beautiful group dinner filled with laughter, stories, and heartfelt conversation shared within our GLOW community.

Morning Body by GLOW Workout: Today we will workshop all movement patterns to ensure continued success upon your return.
Ice Bath Experience: Brace yourself for a transformative plunge into the depths of cold immersion. Guided by the principles of the Wim Hof Method, this ritual challenges and reshapes the boundaries of your mental and physical resilience. Together, we will push through adversity!
Day On-Site: After your morning workout, we’ll enjoy a restful day on-site, soaking up the serene atmosphere by the pool, or lounging on the beach. You also have the option to take time to relax in your casita.
Spa Time: Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a spa treatment (included in the retreat package) to nourish your body and soul.
Final GLOW Gathering: Come together to reflect on your transformative experience, celebrate your growth, and solidify your journey ahead.
Final Dinner: A heartfelt closing dinner to connect, share our takeaways, and say goodbye with love and gratitude.
Important information and disclosures

Please note that Xinalani is accessible only by boat. After landing at Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), you’ll be greeted by an Xinalami staff member and transported to the harbor (10 min drive) for your boat ride to the resort (about 40 min).
Ensure that your arrival flight lands no later than 4:00 PM, and departure flights should be scheduled for no earlier than 12:00 PM to ensure smooth transfers. This is non-negotiable.

Xinalani is built on a steep hill. There's an elevation of 215 ft from the beach to the highest point on the property (the Jungle Studio). Please take this into consideration if you have had knee surgery, a hip replacement, a sprained ankle, etc. There are 176 stairs in total from top to bottom.

Although we recommend you to take advantage of your visit to Xinalani to disconnect from digital life, if you require a reliable internet connection, it will be available in all rooms, common areas, and yoga studios.

All activities are subject to change based on weather conditions. Your safety and comfort are our top priority, and we will make any necessary adjustments to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Some things are beyond our control and letting go of expectations are an important part of vacation. Even though weather is most heavenly, it sometimes rains. There's a chance your flight will be late or even cancelled, and you may lose previous vacation time Sometimes the ocean can be rougher than expectations. That being said, you'll more than likely have the most epic stay of your life

Xinalani minimizes environmental impact through low energy consumption. The resort is dark at night, so bring a flashlight. Open-air rooms having a lockable door and three walls. The terrace remains open to the jungle surroundings though it does have curtains.
